Exchange & Returns
For Pendants and Rings
In the event you change your mind within 7days upon receipt of your order, we will happily accept an exchange or refund. Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number, item to be returned or exchanged.
Please make sure your items are returned unused in original condition, box and packaging via a traceable delivery method. We will not be held liable for any returns or exchanges lost in transit. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without a refund.
Please choose carefully as we DO NOT offer exchange or refunds on all earrings for hygiene purposes.
For Bespoke Signature Sapphire Rings ONLY
As our rings are bespoke/made to order we DO NOT offer refunds if the ring has already undergone production. In the event that the ring has not started production, we are happy to provide FULL REFUND.
Faulty or repairs
We aim to produce high-quality products, although if on receipt of the item it is deemed faulty, customers are entitled to an exchange. Items are deemed faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months after the date of purchase.
It is at our discretion to assess whether the item is faulty upon return. Our products are produced for everyday wear, for jewellery that is worn on a daily basis, please be aware that reasonable wear and tear will occur and will not be deemed as faulty. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you can return it for a refund or exchange, we are also happy to assist in repairing your items over time. Please email us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist with all your queries.
Late returns outside of our specified times will not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as you change your mind within the period stated, 7 days.
Cancellations of ring orders will need to be processed within 2 business days of placing the order for a full refund.
As all our stones are natural, please be aware that the process of creating your bespoke ring is made individually and not in a large manufacturing facility. Therefore please allow for slight variations in colour tone between each ring.
